Running Head: Four Types of Business Brandon Mckinley University of Phoenix ACC/561 Introduction An Entrepreneur is a person who forms and operates a business. Entrepreneurs form and start companies by themselves, or with partners. Most of the time companies which are started by entrepreneurs are relatively small in size, but some grow into huge corporations, such as Microsoft which is owned by Bill Gates. Entrepreneurs have four different options when starting a business, which include a sole proprietorship, Partnership, limited liability company, and also a corporation. Each form has its advantages and also disadvantages depending on what the type of business is, and also what service it provides. Also, corporations are taxed at the corporate level using corporate income tax rates filed under the form 1120. Another advantage of a corporation is that if a corporation becomes insolvent, its owners and shareholders will not be liable beyond their equity investments in the corporation – creditors cannot go after the stockholders’ personal assets to exhaust their debts.(Advantages, 2009) One of the last advantages of a corporation is that if they are publicly traded, shareholders are able to sale their stock through stockbrokers. Disadvantages of corporations include that sometimes they are double taxed. If dividends are paid out from the corporation to stockholders, then those stockholders are taxed on their personal income tax returns also. The last disadvanta ge is that since it is managed by chief officers, stockholders are not able to make any managerial decisions as far as the company is concerned. Limited Liability Company The last of the four types includes the limited liability company, also known as a LLC. An LLC is an unincorporated form of business that carries characteristics of all of the other three forms of business. An LLC can choose to be taxed as a partnership, the owners can manage the business, and the owners have limited liability for debts and obligations of the partnership. Today is going to be an exciting day. I’m going out with my family and the trading group from our village for the first time ever. Our village is called â€Å"Esuabout fasemoswa †, located at the opposite side near the Tigris river beside Mesopotamia, five miles away. People often pass by our village and stay the night. We started out early before the golden sphere was awakened. Mother hurried me to eat faster. We had to get into our vessels and head out. This essay will firstly explain the different stage that is associated with development of young people socially in the early years of their life, with examples of Schaffer and Emerson’s theory of stages of attachment. Next the essay will evaluate the theories of attachment between a child and their parents/guardians, evaluating Bowlby’s theory of attachment, and using examples from Freud’s ‘cupboard love theories’ and behavioural and psychoanalytic perspectives in comparison to Bowlby. Behind the Sun (Abril Despedacado) was a thought-provoking and captivating work of art by Walter Salles, Sergio Machado and Karim Ainouz; who collaboratively derived the story from an Albanian book (Broken April by Ismail Kadare). Behind the Sun was set in 1910 in the Northeast region of Brazil. The shirt belonged to Pacu’s oldest brother, who was then the latest victim in their family’s feud with the Ferreiras family. The two families had been warring over land and territorial issues. Tradition dictates that the Breves family should avenge the death of their family member, but not long before the stain has turned from red to yellow. â€Å"When the blood on the shirt turns yellow, someone will die,† Pacu narrated further. The surviving eldest son of the Breves family, Tonio (Rodrigo Santaro), did what he had to do, according to their tradition — he killed the eldest son of the Ferreiras family. Tonio felt that the vicious cycle of killing and revenge, disguising as a noble tradition, had to end; but he felt powerless to end it, so he allowed it to continue by killing the eldest son in the other family. As a result, he was next in line to be killed. But the charming and much too adorable boy, Pacu, had a way of keeping Tonio alive. Pacu died for Tonio. He knew at a tender age that sacrifice, an act of love, was the key to end the vicious cycle that their family was caught in. In relation to Brazilian notions of ethnicity, the deep set often mysterious-looking eyes of the Breves brothers were captivating. Ironically, the softness of their looks couldn’t match with the ferocious tradition they keep. The film is a story about a strong family bond, so strong in fact, that one had to be prepared to die in revenge of the other. Moreover, one was willing to die to let the other live and move on. The photography and sequence of shots in the movie are absolute astounding and even poetic in nature. It seemed that every beat of its music matched with every frame in the screen with grace and much respect to art. Their clothing was not far from imaginable, the family bonding was very plausible, considering how tight family bonding was (still is) in Brazil. If it were a movie set in this time and age, it wouldn’t have been plausible, with all the killings. But it was in 1910, when a lot of things, like respect for life, have yet to be discovered. Certainly, the work of art from the sounds to the overall direction and cinematography helped in establishing the depth and heaviness of the movie. Truth be told, Hollywood cannot create movie that is as profound as this without resorting to much gimmickry. This mixtape is by Drake but it also features some other rappers throughout the album such as Party Next Door, Lil Wayne, and Travi$ Scott. This mixtape consists of 17 songs: Legend, Energy, 10 Bands, No Tellin’, Madonna, 6 God, Star67, Preach (which ft. Party Next Door), Wednesday Night Interlude, Used To (which ft. Lil’ Wayne), 6 Man, Now Forever, Company (which ft. Travi$ Scott), You The 6, Jungle, 6 PM In New York, and last but not least; my favorite song on the mixtape, Know Yourself. The reason I listened to this mixtape was because of twitter and because of almost every social media network out there. I also listened to it because I have been a fan of most of Drake’s previous mixtapes, albums and songs. So, I thought I would give this mixtape a try because of all the hype; and I did just that, and really enjoyed the songs and now listen to the mixtape in the car while I drive. Generally, most of Drake’s songs from his albums or mixtapes are usually either really sad songs or they are about his life growing up. Sometimes I get annoyed with his sad songs, but this new mixtape did not have many of these sad songs. Instead most of these songs in the new mixtape were about his life and would be known and called by the youth population today as â€Å"bangers.† Before I heard this album, I already knew Aubrey Graham was born and raised in Toronto and that his father is Jewish and his mother is African-American. Because of knowing this, you would know that Aubrey Graham is not as â€Å"hard† as other rappers or as â€Å"ghetto† as other rappers. The best song on the mixtape was definitely Know Yourself. This song is about his life in Toronto in his teenage years. In the song he says â€Å"I was running through the 6 with my woes.† It took me a while to understand what he meant by this line, but thanks to some help from some friends I began to understand. Here is the explanation, by â€Å"the 6†, he means Toronto because Toronto is known as the 6. And by woes, he means his homies or friends. So pretty much he is running through Toronto with his friends doing hoodrat things. I believe that this mixtape is one of the best ones he has ever made and it is one of the best mixtapes that has been released in the past few months. I think he should have put a few more songs on the album and made it a little more than 20 songs. Other than that the mixtape was awesome and I will listen to it until I get bored. If you like Drake or even Rap and Hip Hop, you will love this mixtape. If you are a true music fan you should listen to this mixtape. Every teenager or young adult should listen to this mixtape and would enjoy the music presented on the mixtape.
